Reed & Rachel's journey began with the Waffee Wagon food truck, where they dedicated themselves to crafting a distinctive breakfast experience for you and your loved ones. From 2018 to 2021, they served Johnston and Wake county, cultivating the renowned Waffee name with the dream of one day establishing a brick-and-mortar establishment. That dream became a reality in February of 2020.
Each dough ball is hand rolled and mixed in pearl liege sugar imported from Belgium
Fresh never frozen waffle dough, cooked on a Belgium waffle iron.

Do you have gluten free options?
No gluten free waffle, we offer the keto bowl and anything savory can be made into a bowl/ omelet, or sides we offer as well, scrambled eggs, tenders etc. & fruit smoothies

Yes, everything is made to order so feel free to do so and we will begin cooking your order

What's the onsite seating situation?
We have a covered patio that’s functional year round. That can handle NC weather conditions. With table games to pass the time which your food is being made.
Other option is our Drive Thru to pickup or place order

Have different options
Waffle Bar (think of this as an ice cream bar but for waffles) your choice of 7 toppings, with serving utensils and paper products. Go for parties, company gatherings, etc.
Pre-Made Sandwiches from Menu
Buffet Style - all the items you pick from our menu will be delivered in pans ready to serve your guest (bacon, sausage, eggs, bananas, strawberries, house coffee, etc.)
Food Truck - for bigger events where we cook on site with a limited menu that your guests can pick from
