Reed and Rachel originally from San Jose California met in North Carolina while working in a local restaurant.Recently getting married we decided to leave our jobs and start the Waffee Wagon. Reed and Rachel both having spent most of their time in restaurants, wanted to get out of the industry to have a more regular schedule and spend more time together. Through the next few years, Rachel ended up leaving the restaurant to become a barista at a local coffee shop. Reed continued his management career for another 4 year until the opportunity came along to work with a food truck, starting the food truck career. With the experience Reed and Rachel have, they took their efforts and hard work to create the Waffee Wagon. Bringing great service and great food to the triangle. They make there waffle dough scratch everyday and every order is made fresh to satisfy everyone needs.
